I call this 1 TIP Your Parents Most Likely NEVER TOLD You Growing Up

It’s a new year and everyone is fired up.  They’re excited and jacked sideways about how they’re going to make all these changes in their lives.

Yep… I feel the same ---I’M fired up myself.

I also understand that odds are stacked against me. I also have the courage to say they’re stacked against you also. Why? We’ll it’s simple.  Our bodies and minds are resistant to change - PERIOD! The human mind and body is SO SO conditioned to stay comfortable and to stay the same any time change happens.

WE FREAK OUT… -You may say,” Oh Brian, BUT this year’s different.” I say, NOPE, This year is not different.

“But Brian, you’re being negative.” NOPE; ) I just understand that I ASSUME YOU have been doing the same thing OVER, OVER and OVER for the last several YEARS.

So here we go NEW YEAR – NEW HOPES. It may be easy for a couple days, but you must have some serious discipline.

So enough rave and rant for me. Let Me Tell You One Thing I Think Your Parents Mostly Likily Never Told You.

I feel you should have MORE THAN ONE INCOME STREAM. Yes it’s time for you to establish another income stream.

But your mind may say, “Brian, I don’t have time, I don’t have skills, my husband, mom, sister, cousin, and the dog will look at me weird.”

Listen, times have changed and I stand tall in front of you saying you must have another income stream coming into your life. Oh, by the way, you must start doing it now and not tomorrow.

Listen. All prosperous people have more than one income stream. In fact many of them have more than one. Oprah Winfrey never said, “I’m too busy to have another income stream.” Heck NO! Oprah said, “Sure it makes since to me,” so Oprah has her own magazine, TV show, promotes products, does commercials, get royalties from Dr Phil and DR OZ, and she owns her own network. Oh, I can only imagine her other income streams.

So you may be thinking, “Brian, she has all the money to do that.” Once again I’ll say, “You need to think bigger than your current circumstances.” I can personally think of a thousand ways you can earn extra money. It’s just a matter of you getting out of your comfort zone.

I  actually know people that say, “Brian, I don’t need to sell stuff and make an extra $1,000.00 a month. I already have a job.”

I think these people were brought up wrong. What Rich parent tells their kid, “Grow Up, Struggle, and Get underpaid!”

Someone say, “Brian, you’re a Midwest Urban Cowboy. You’re only 27 years young. YOU KNOW TOO much about the system.” :) I’m not saying I’m wealthy by the way, But I’ll tell you I’m  aware of what I’m saying and I’m on my way. I want you to do the same.

My mentor Joe says, “Failure Takes a Lifetime, Losers Always Speak of Their Past. Always.”

I better wrap this writing up. I can see my kick ass editor laughing now. WINK, I only normally write about a page. YIKES, I’ll wrap it up with a lesson from Something about Mary.

Paul: Is money important to you and do you have $50k tucked away waiting for you?

Mary: Money is important to me. That is why I work 10 hr days. No, I don’t have money saved.

Paul: If money is important to you use it to buy your kids a lifestyle. How much do you earn?

Mary: Money is important. However, I never make enough and I always have to use credit cards.

Paul: If money is important to you, how many income streams to you have?

Mary: I only have a job, I only have one income stream.

Paul: How can money be important to you if you don’t have any and you hate your job?

Mary: I’m not sure. All I know is that my mom and dad told me to go to college and find a job.

Most People Don’t Have A Working Model of Prosperity…
